All the desired appliances are provided and include gas hob, eye level oven, fridge freezer, toaster, microwave, coffee machine and a dishwasher for your convenience. Granite stone steps lead to the upper floor of the property which comprises beautiful sleeping accommodation for up to 4 guests and a bathroom. The master bedroom is well situated with the stylish double bed enjoying direct lake views from a view point window and enjoying access through French doors out onto a sunny balcony. The second bedroom also offers balcony access and is beautifully decorated with two stylish single day beds, two wardrobes and other pretty and useful pieces of furniture and furnishings. The neutrally decorated modern bathroom is very spacious and includes a bath tub with overhead shower as well as all the other desired sanitary ware, and including a washing machine. Outside guests have private use of a garage and parking space. The Village of Mezzegra is located along the central western shoreline of Lake Como, which is ideally situated for you and your guests to explore the famous attractions and activities by car, foot or bus. A 5 minute’s drive takes you to the centre of the village which offers a family friendly bar serving fresh ice-cream and pastries, a grocery shop, two supermarkets, a very good bakery, a lakefront restaurant and children’s park. The historical lakeside town of Lenno which offers a wider choice of amenities as well as a picturesque promenade, the popular Lido di Lenno with family friendly beach, restaurant and bar and also the famous Villa del Balbianello.
